Presentation of the residency program (ENG)
Two design professionals from Poland and the Netherlands have dared to come to Lithuania and will spend a week exploring the theme of “audacity optimism” for International Design Day. They will dare to present the results of their design residency to the Lithuanian design community and the public. It would be audacity to miss it.

Du dizaino profesionalai iš Lenkijos ir Nyderlandų išdrįso atvykti į Lietuvą ir savaitę tyrinėsi Tarptautinės dizaino dienos „įžūlaus optimizmo“ temą. Dizaino rezidencijos rezultatus jie išdrįs pristatyti Lietuvos dizaino bendruomenei ir visuomenei. Būtų įžūlu tai praleisti.
Renginyje taip pat dalyvaus sopranas Eglė Radavičiūtė ir bosas Jevgenijus Kovalčiukas iš Vokalinio meno tinklo.
Išdrįso dalyvauti rezidencijose:
Marcin Nowicki (PL) – „Noviki“ studijos vadovas ir įkūrėjas. Jo tarpdisciplininis požiūris leidžia tirti naujų technologijų įtaką kūrybiškumui ir vizualiniam suvokimui. Būdamas BMW meno klubo menininku 2024 m., bendrakūros metu sukūrė „Dream of the Machine“ projektą. Jis taip pat yra „Future Fragments“ iniciatyvos įkūrėjas.
Yuri Veerman (NL) – kūryboje sprendžia politines ir socialines problemas iš vizualinės ir poetinės perspektyvos. Bėgant metams jo darbai pasirodė įvairiose platformose: nuo Amsterdamo muziejaus iki skvotų, nuo CNN iki Nyderlandų televizijos „Labas rytas“ programos. Yuri tikslas – įkvėpti naujos gyvybės sudėtingam pasakojimui naudojant vaizdus ir kalbą, humorą ir poeziją.

The event will also feature soprano Eglė Radavičiūtė and bass Yevgeny Kovalchuk from the Vocal Art Network.
Participants:
Marcin Nowicki (PL) – Head and founder of the "Noviki" studio. His interdisciplinary approach allows him to explore the impact of new technologies on creativity and visual perception. As a BMW Art Club artist in 2024, he co-created the "Dream of the Machine" project. He is also the founder of the "Future Fragments" initiative.
Yuri Veerman (NL) – In his work, Yuri addresses political and social issues from a visual and poetic perspective. Over the years, his works have been featured on various platforms: from the Amsterdam Museum to squats, from CNN to the Netherlands' "Good Morning" TV program. Yuri's goal is to inspire new life into complex narratives through the use of images, language, humor, and poetry.
